Live Arrival Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refund; exchange only.  Terms are void if animals are not bought directly from Albinos Unlimited Inc. (example: If we are shipping animals for other breeders with or with out animals  ordered from us.)
Payment Options: 
Payment is required in advance by wire transfer, check, money order, or credit card.   We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Note:  Please be sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable. We can offer a credit for payments made to be applied to other animals in the event that you are unable to fulfill your commitment.
Shipping:
We use FedEx, UPS, and Delta DASH. The shipping cost is $75.00 - $100.00. The Delta DASH insurance limit is $750.00. Animals shipped through the airlines need to be picked up within 2 hours of their arrival. Please inspect your shipment in front of a carrier’s representative. *
FedEx - We are an approved live animal shipper through FedEx, UPS, and Delta DASH. FedEx Priority Overnight is also available at an additional cost.*
We use a new insulated box with every order. Heat / Cool packs are used when necessary.
If there are any problems with the animals, you MUST notify us within 24 hours.
International orders require an additional fee of $500.00 USD per shipment. This includes the CITIES export permit, U.S. Fish and Wildlife inspection fees and shipping to most countries. Health certificates, if needed, are additional and available. Additionally, international orders require a 50% deposit before we will apply for CITES documents. Once CITES papers have been faxed or e-mailed to you, the balance is due upon receipt.

2a) The purchaser agrees to pay all expenses, including legal expenses, court costs and attorney fees paid by the seller inendeavoring to collect these invoiced items.

  4a) Photo ID must be sent before credit is issued on any DOA animals.
5a) All animals left in our care for 30 days or more without a signed written contract by us will be considered abandoned and no refund of any type will be issued.
-6a) Boarding fees will apply to all animals left in our care for more than two weeks. No exceptions, unless noted in a signed written contract by us.-We are not responsible if an animal bites, stings, or hurts an
individual in any way.
7a) We are not resonsible for animals not bougth from Albinos Unlimited Inc.

*Live arrival is guaranteed. All animals will be active, feeding, and in apparent good health at time of shipment.

1) We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
2) We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3) All packages must be signed for AND accepted on first delivery attempt.
4) Transit temperatures must be between 35-90°F.
